Nice improvements! The head is much better. You still might want to give more attention to the eye though. That is where the attention will go. It looks like he has 4 nostrils! :) The feet don't really look like they would support the weight. Maybe 3 front toes? Cloth is a little thin but overall great improvements! The bolts are cool but the flesh around them should be more gnarly.
